NOTE: These machines plug into a
standard wall outlet. "D" series machines use 15
amps of 120v 1 phase electrical service. A
separate circuit may need to be run if a customer's
existing wiring is not sufficient.
High profile and RA-80 Overhead
stretchwrappers can accommodate any configuration of
conveyor. Low profile stretchwrappers can only
accommodate gravity conveyor because their design
does not allow for commutator rings for supplying
power to the turntable.
Durapak manufactures our own
conveyor. Turntable conveyor ends are rounded to the
diameter of the turntable, as are infeed and exit
sections, to insure troublefree load transferring.
Durapak's gravity conveyor is
manufactured with 2 7/8" rollers on 3" nominal
centers. Bearings are removable. Turntable conveyor
features a full-length roller-snub brake, lever
operated. Legs are adjustable on individual
free-standing sections.
Durapak manufactures two different
powered conveyor configurations. Both are
Pillow-block bearing construction. Conveyor speed is
adjustable from 25 to 50 fpm, featuring gradual
acceleration and dynamic braking.
Forward/reverse controls are added
to the machine console. Legs are adjustable on
individual free-standing sections. A power conveyor
equipped stretchwrapper requires 220v. electrical
service, minimum.
A variable speed turntable is
included when a power conveyorized turntable is
ordered. It remains an option if a gravity turntable
is ordered.

ship F.O.B.: New Orleans, LA
Shipping is Freight Collect unless
other arrangements have been made in advance.
Crating is additional if
required/desired and costs $600 for a standard
machine.. Without crating the finish on the
machine may get scratched-up in transit, as it
certainly will once you begin using it. But
the machine will not be damaged except for gross
negligence by the freight carrier (which a crate
would probably not prevent anyway.) The
machine IS designed to be repeatedly run into by
fork-trucks! They can take a licking.
(We almost never crate a machine!)
Plus Sales Tax in Louisiana and Texas
(or an appropriate exemption certificate.)
1/3 deposit with order.
Balance prior to shipping unless
other arrangements have been made in advance.
Because the machines are made to
order D-Series machines usually ship approximately 8
weeks after the receipt of the deposit .
